Haverford Middle School Theater Opportunities:
HMS Theater Company              HMS Actor's Workshop          Tech Crew

HMS Theater Company:

HMSTC has been a springboard for many of students here at HMS, intriguing interests and leading them toward experiences that last a lifetime.  Students take on many theatrical roles as actors, dancers, singers, stage crew, tech crew, and production staff, as it takes many hands and many talents to create a quality theatrical production.

HMS Actor's Workshop:
The HMS Actor's Workshop is Haverford's answer to Who's Line Is It Anyway? the popular TV show featuring improvisational acts and comical, non-scripted situations.  The Actor's Workshop allows students to explore different characters, think on their feet, and learn the skills associated with theatrical improvisation. In the fall and winter the group functions as a club. In the spring, a select group rehearses for a June production.

NEXT MEETING: Wednesday, March 6 after school in the cafeteria
This is our FINAL meeting of the year. Auditions for the June performance will take place on Tuesday, March 19 and Wednesday, March 20. It is only necessary to attend ONE of the auditions. Sign up sheets will be available the week of March 11 outside of Mr. Langin's room 152.
