All 6th graders planning to attend Camp Canadensis in May need to return all forms and the first payment to their homeroom teachers by Friday, November 16th. If you need new forms, you can download them from the HMS website under the 6th grade link. Please see Mrs. Flounders or Mrs. Young with any questions.
Physical Exams
All sixth grade students are required to supply the school nurse with a record of their physical exam by September 30, 2012. Please see the Health Services webpages for more information or to obtain the physical form.
