16 HHS Students Selected by
National Merit Scholarship Corporation

Haverford High School is proud to announce that 16 seniors were selected to enter the 2011 National Merit Scholarship Program. These students are among the 50,000 highest ­scoring participants of 1.5 million program entrants. Of the more than 50,000 students being offered this service, about 16,000 have been named National Merit Program Semifinalists and approximately 34,000 other high scorers are commended for their performance on the PSAT/NMSQT. Four of the 16 Haverford High School students have named semifinalists and they are: Leila BolceSchick, Fiona Crowley, Christopher Grupp, and Alexa McCall. The remaining twelve are commended and they are: Christopher Angell, Connor Archard, Corey Chang, Hanna Cho, Zachary Ferrara, Jonathan Friedman, Margaret Huang, Erika Latham, Bharat Nagaswami, Eileen Storey, Albana Zherka, and Maura Zimmerman.
